Account Associate
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a licensed, a high performing professional Account Associate for the Katrina W. McCoy State Farm Agency. In this role, you are vital to our daily business growth, operations, and customers’ success. Your expertise and professionalism is a key factor in growing our agency. With the ability to conduct meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments will permit you to be successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The exceptional ability to function in a primary sales and service capacity
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- License in Property & Casualty and Life and Health
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
